I can expand on that one. Most B&H projectors from the 50's through the 80's used a 2 inch barrel lens. Like I've said in the past, most Bell projectors manufatctured from the middle 70's through the 80's used a 2 inch-50mm lens. That was made for schoolhouse use. In the 50's the 2-inch barrel Filmovara was introduced on limited projector releses and was a zoom lens that fit the school projectors. It was meant for college use so the projectors could be used in larger venues to produce a bigger screen at a shorter distance. Your alternatives are to talk to someone able to adapt a smaller lens with a collar to fit your projector and longer barrel length. I am using a 1-inch lens fitted for my Eiki at 25-30' throwing distance and getting a wonderfully clear 5-6 foot picture if I back the projector up. With the stock lens at the same distance I get abour a foot or less diagnal picture.
