Its a pity LFP is no longer being manufactured by Peter Goed. It worked a treat in fixing quite severe warping in a couple of prints I had. http://members.optushome.com.au/picture ... drome.html Some folk have had results with soaking in Film Renew, available from Larry Urbanski. |

Better result wiping with Filmguard & using pure camphor in a can. DON'T let the camphor touch the film. For what it is worth, even Urabanski has film he can't get curl out of with his stuff. You can get the same stuff he sells but without the added wax, at you local hardware store for about 1/4 the price. I have used 4 different film labs for prints over the last several years....ALL were asked about "wax" & 16mm prints...ALL asked why would you want to do that? All I could reply is we film collectors "think" we need it that is why. |
