Hi,Bill

Yes it does work. I ran a Regular 8mm film through it last night and everything seemed to be working fine including the lamp. The take-up reel is unique looking and it has a nice lenght to the power cord. I haven't had time today to fool around with it but am planing to change out sprockets and try a Super 8 maybe tonight or tomorrow night. Will post results here soon as I do.
