Just thought I would say hi and what a great site, also if you could answer a few question.
I have two hand me downs projectors a 8 & super8mm-8mm B&H both working except that they like to use bulbs even when taking care not to move the projector.
On one of my recent finds I came across and bought was a OPTEX video transfer system for 5.00 bucks and yes it works. I had some flim transfered before ( 98 reels) and was thinking of using it and doing the rest my self. While I was at this place there was a eumig 8 in the box a EIKI SSL-O16mm, ELMO 16-cl optical 16mm. Not sure but I think it was the EIKI that had a right angle lens on it. When asked for a price on the 8mm elmo the girl quoted me a price off of EBAY (150.00) not knowing if the mahcine worked and tell me she didn't know much about projectors.I left my name and number and will try againwhen the owener I know is there.
Thanks and I think I'll be here reading for a while.
have photos on photo bucket but with new changes not sure of the IMG code.

Welcome to the forum, Ed. I am not sure what your questions are?? You'll find a bunch of eager to help folks here, but what specifically do you need to know?
