Can anyone advise? When I'm playing my projector, about 5 - 10% of the bottom of the picture appears at the top. So I get feet appearing above heads! I'm struggling to see how this could happen to start with, and can't see any control which looks like it can offset this problem.

Please help!

Mark, isn't there a lever on the top near the front of the handle you can move forward or backward to adjust the frame?

Do you know what Dan? That worked! I'd pushed that lever this way and that with no joy - but having nudged it just a bit, I got the result I desired!

Mark, that's great! Maybe before it was not engaging, but with a gentle tug it worked.
