Is anyone making pre striped raw stock super 8 film yet or is it still getting it striped after developing?

Glad you brought it up Dan. Back when I was collecting the last time, about 10-12 years ago, this same question came up. The reason it came up was because someone flooded Ebay with 50' prestriped camera catridges from Kodak. It turned out that they were either frozen or refrigerated out of date stock from the mid 90's. Still viable film but NOS. At the time I actually contacted both Kodak and Fuji. Both still offered super 8 stock but only to bulk buyers. Neither one of them were offering pre-striped film and mainly only sold to dealers for film students. Back then Derann was printing films like crazy and I may be wrong but Fuji picked up on it and started releasing bulk pre-striped color super 8 film. There may be some on the market yet but I'm pretty sure it will be older stock which isn't bad if stored properly but is color prestriped meant for camera use in 400' lengths. As for today, with my research I can't find anyone offering modern stock film in prestriped film. Kodak does offer 50' camera carts but only in silent and they are cutting down the new 35mm stock for super 8 but you have to go through either a dealer or university of filmmaking. They do not offer sales through retail or online.
Really, the new Kodak stock was meant to handle Hi-Def transfers of digital data to theater expectations so the new stock they have is very high density and the color is amazing. But you really have to know someone high up to get your hands on it and it is not prestriped unless you are either a manufacturer or a student.
Prestriped film may still be available in only two markets. You can check with England or most likely China but for my research, it is unavailable here in the states unless you go with frozen or refrigerated stock.

Kodak doesn't make it anymore, but you can get their Super 8 cartridge on their website. There are only two reversal films though, so unless you want to pay to transfer negative film, that's all you can get from them.
Tri-X
Ektachrome 100D
But there are other films, Pro8mm takes various film stocks and repackages them into Super 8 cartridges, so you can now try some Fujichrome if you want.
Pro8mm
For processing, I've gone to Spectra film and video, they also sell film for several formats, one I want to try is a Super 8 cartridge of Velvia 50.
As for the original point of pre-striped film, I did read an article in the Reel Image about someone making it in Spain. Though the price is pretty high, 39 Euros processing included for one cartridge of 100D.

Harrison, I can't find anything on the internet about 100D sound stock in Spain. Any ideas as to where to find it?
